Custom Built with Plastic Wall and Ceiling Panels from Excellent Panel

The owner of Carwash XL in Coevorden has transformed an existing hall into a car wash tunnel. For this, he created a tunnel using the plastic wall and ceiling panels from Excellent Panel. The plastic panels, which are suitable for car wash tunnels, were installed by the team themselves. Thanks to thorough preparation, the installation went smoothly.

The walls are 3.7 meters high and are fitted with Excellent Panel 500x35mm panels. Unequal-legged U-profiles were supplied for the floor, ensuring that no water can get behind the panels. The same plastic panels were used for the ceiling, which is 5.3 meters wide. The corresponding profiles, such as corner connections and L-profiles, were also used. Altogether, the car wash tunnel has a polished, professional finish.

The Carwash XL team built the car wash tunnel themselves and installed the plastic wall and ceiling system. The plastic panels do not rust, ensuring that the car wash will still look new after many years. Additionally, the wall and ceiling panels have a smooth surface, making them easy to clean and preventing dirt from sticking.

Car Wash System by Christ Wash Systems + Extras

The car wash system is a modular EVO-2 model from Christ Wash Systems. The chemicals used in the car wash are also from Christ. The car wash is not only about getting the car clean, but also about the customer experience. This includes the use of fragrant car shampoo, LED lighting in changing colors, and handing out lollipops for children.

The cars are washed with 100 percent osmosis water. At the beginning of the car wash, there is a large tank where the osmosis water is stored. The osmosis system comes from REMON.
