Ayvens “The Factory”

For Ayvens’ new wash facility in Veghel, also known as “The Factory,” Excellent Panel supplied the complete wall and ceiling finishes for five professional car washes. The project was carried out in cooperation with contractor Wouters Schijndel and equipped with rollovers from WashTec.

Initially, tiling the walls was considered. After comparison in terms of ease of installation, hygiene and maintenance, Excellent Panel was finally chosen. Our panels are lightweight, easy to keep clean and provide a sleek and professional end result. This makes them extremely suitable for intensively used washrooms.

In this project Excellent Panel panels of 500×35 were applied to a height of 4 meters. The ceiling is completely finished over a width of 6 meters. For the delivery, two full trucks with panels and auxiliary profiles were needed to provide all carwashes with a durable and neat finish.

Assembly began in July and the project was completed in early October. This provides Ayvens with a modern, low-maintenance and professional washing environment ready for intensive daily use.
